The addition worksheets on this page introduce addition math facts, multiple digit addition without regrouping, regrouping, decimals and other concepts designed to foster a mastery of all things addition. All of the worksheets include answer keys, and there are four versions of each worksheet with different problems.
Division with remainders. Your child will most likely come across or ask about situations where division “does not work.” These can be explained with the introduction of the remainder. It is an important idea to understand as the division of larger numbers will require the “carrying” of this remainder.
Practice with worksheets. Once you have mastered the flash cards, try your hand at some worksheets. Start by practicing with one number set at a time. When you have mastered all of them, try worksheets that mix up all of the number sets and see how you do. If you know your tests will be timed in school, try practicing with a timer.
We often talk of dividing as being the reverse of multiplying, and indeed when dividing fractions this is the case. The way you divide fractions is very similar to the way fractions are multiplied with a simple twist in the middle.
